Horizon Inn requires payment in full at check-in. Payment confirmation is required 24hours prior to your arrival. All bookings will be released from the system at 1800hrs on the arrival date without notice should there be no communication from you by this time.

Cancellation policy

72 hours before check-in, 100% deposit refund

48 hours before check-in, 50% deposit refund

24 hours before check-in, No refund.

Check-in and Check-out times

Our check-in starts at 1400hrs and check out time is 1000hrs. Should you wish to check-in earlier than 1400hrs, kindly communicate with our front desk team at least 24hrs before arrival and they will do their best to assist you.

Late check out i.e. check out after 1000hrs will attract a penalty of $30 unless special arrangements have been made before the check date.

Identification

All guests are required to produce a valid identification document during the check-in process. Please have your passport (Foreign nationals), ID card or driver’s license for a smooth check in process. If you are unable to produce valid identification document, your reservation will be canceled.
